Assembling
  1. Fill heart shape with poly fiber, sew it with the soil at center of the soil or roughly in between round 2 and round 3
  2. attached soil to flower pot of the back loop created in round 10 and sew together. before last few stitches, fill the flower pot with poly fiber and secure all yarn and cut off excess yarn
